An exhibition of 10 new works by 12 artists for the new IDEA building
in Salford.
Since 1846 the site has undergone many transitions, from timberyard to
brewery, from jam factory to motor accessories retail space. As the building
underwent another transformation from partially rennotaved retail department
store to incubator workspace for the arts, cultural industries and creative
users of information technologies IDEA offered the space to 12 artists
to make new site specfic installations.
